You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease any part of the Services except as expressly permitted in writing by RawCalculator.

4. Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice

We do not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, engineering, or any other form of professional advice. Nothing on the Services should be construed as professional advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You should always:

• Consult a licensed and qualified professional before making decisions based on any output from our tools.

RawCalculator is not responsible for any actions you take or decisions you make based on information obtained through the Services.

5. Accuracy, Availability & Modifications

• We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date content and tools, but we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or error-free operation of the Services.
• Formulas, rates, and data (e.g., tax rates, interest rates, health benchmarks) may change over time and may not reflect the most current figures.
• We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice or liability.
• We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, errors, or data loss.

6. User Content & Feedback

If you submit comments, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant RawCalculator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display the Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your Feedback, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Services, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Scrape, mine, crawl, or use automated means (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Services in a manner that burdens our infrastructure, without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, spam, phishing content, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Services to collect personal information about other users without their consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services — including all text, interfaces, visual design, calculators, graphics, code, compilations, and trademarks — are owned by RawCalculator or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by RawCalculator.

You may not use RawCalculator’s name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services, Links & Ads

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, and advertising networks. We display ads through Google AdSense, which uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads — including interest-based ads — based on your browsing activity. We do not control third-party websites, services, or ad content, and are not responsible for their practices, content, accuracy, or availability. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information, and includes all disclosures required by Google AdSense, the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.

11. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us that includes all of the following:

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months before the event giving rise to liability, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RawCalculator and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other right.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for any dispute not otherwise resolved.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and provide a written description of the dispute. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

17. International Users

Access to the Services may not be legal for all persons or in all countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. RawCalculator makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

18. General Provisions

Electronic Communications

By using the Services or contacting us by email, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Severability

Waiver

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Consumer Rights page, constitute the entire agreement between you and RawCalculator regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
