14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAWCALCULATOR AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
15) Indemnification

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for all disputes that are not subject to arbitration or cannot be resolved informally.
